Personalized and Custom Items
Because personalized candles are made with custom names, dates, messages, labels, or other customer-provided details, personalized and custom items are generally not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.
Non-Custom Items
For eligible non-custom items, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request help with a return or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and safely packaged for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at webmaster@jennwickcandles.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once production, personalization, packing, or shipping has begun.
Customer-Submitted Errors
Jenn Wick Candles is not responsible for spelling mistakes, incorrect dates, wrong names, or other errors submitted by the customer during checkout or personalization. Please review custom details carefully before placing your order.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
Return Shipping
Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless required by law or approved by us.
Final Sale Items
Gift cards, clearance items, sale items marked final sale, and personalized products may be final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
